A collection of photos depicting scenes from Iranian flick ‘Underwater Cedar’ competing at 36th Fajr Film Festival has been released.

The film directed by 'Underwater Cedar' by Mohammad-Ali Bashe-Ahangar and produced by Hamed Hosseini is one of the titles vying for a Crystal Simorgh at the upcoming edition of Faj Film Festival in Iran.

This film will be premiered at the 36th Fajr National Film Festival, and right now, it is taking its final technical stages.

Will Jajanbakhsh Keramat’s secret be released?” the film’s punchline reads, adding, “This secret disturbs the sleep of Chista, Mahrou, Ghodarz, Bahram, Jahangir and Major Pushiast.”

Jahanbakhsh sets off a long journey to prove his innocence and regain peace of mind--the journey that causes a good deal of change.

The flick is themed on war and stars famed Iranian actors such as Babak Hamidiyan, Massoud Rayegan, Reza Behboudi and Mina Sadati.
